SAYOWE 2007

Ha, finished!

This year is different again, as I am more involved with the whole project, from handling the conductors and soloists, till doing the audition trips, all sort of paper works, handling both the wind ensemble and orchestra (thanks Mameaw, at least you tried, is better than last year...), and also to play in the wind ensemble... ha!

We kicked out 4 students this year... they skip the soloist recital, and went out to Kao sarng... Though I think the rules is a bit too straight, but still we have to follow what the boss decide. ha!

I really like the repertoire for this year wind ensemble, thanks Gillian! The program for orchestra is fun, but for me, is a bit too 'Russian' for the second half. But is a fun program for the musician. ha!

As usual, people tends to like to get the position title, even though they are not doing it at all. Won't say it much here. As long as I work, I am satisfy with it, I don't care you people that always want to claim that's your work, and you did it. ha!

The only thing which really concern me is, somehow the musician mentally have to improve, and guess they have to be more discipline and be responsible for their music.
